Do you ship overseas?

Unfortunately we are currently shipping only to the U.S.

Hopefully soon enough we will start shipping worldwide

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 3-7 business days to arrive. We do out best to ship the order within 24-48 hours after it's been placed so you can get your products as soon as possible.

Do you have a money-back guarantee or return policy?

We are a small and handmade business, so our policy is a bit different. BUT it had never happened that a customer reached out with an issue and didn't get the best customer care and a refund, if needed. We are here to make you happy.

Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?

Our products are cruelty-free and were not tested on animals. However we are not vegan. We use Beeswax and Emu oil because we believe that they are high performing for skin's healing.

Are DANAPAZ products from harmful chemicals like parabens, sulfates, and phthalates?

Yes, our products are free from all the above and also free of any hormones disrupting ingredients.

Are DANAPAZ products suitable for sensitive skin?

All of our products are suitable for sensitive skin. Regardless of a specific skin type, it is advisable to do a patch test before introducing new products.

Are DANAPAZ products safe to use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding?

Yes, all our products are safe to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Are DANAPAZ products natural?

Most of our ingredients are botanical based and natural and all our ingredients cosmetic grade. Some ingredients like peptides for example, were synthesized in a lab and considered to not being natural, but they are ALL safe to use and highly beneficial for the skin.

Can you provide personalized skincare recommendations based on my specific concerns?

Do you offer samples or trial sizes of your products?

We have our "My Clean Routine" sample kit that you can purchase and try out 4 travel size products. You can find it in the link: My Clean Routine. Due to a high demand, it is not always on stock so if you see it's available and want to give it a try, don't hesitate ;)

How should I properly store and handle your skincare products?

Any skincare product should be stored sealed and away from direct sunlight. Try to keep your skincare out of your bathroom when it gets hot and humid. For extra de-puff effect or to prolong the product's shelf life, you can keep your products refrigerated.
